B C Eagles throttle SMU Mustangs 23 to 14 @ Fenway Bowl. https://www.espn.com/college-football/g ... /401551750
Welcome to the ACC, Ponies. And, maybe the 'Stangs didn't deserve that New Years 6 bowl after all? BC rushed today for 262 yards against the Ponies @ Boston. Who knows, but for the Willie Fritz mess maybe right now all of us would be driving or flying to Glendale? And, I doubt the Wave would be a 17-pt. underdog to Oregon like Liberty with a game predictor win chance of only 10% for the Fiesta Bowl? https://www.espn.com/college-football/g ... /401551750

Goodbye 2023 season, & 2024 looks bright with Coach Sumrall at the helm. And, maybe we will make it to the desert next year. :D

We beat them with no distractions and a full roster. WF cost us a NY6 Bowl opportunity and a millions in revenue. It was all about him and nobody else.

True. But we allowed it to happen by not having a substantive buyout after each of Willie’s contract resets. Why didn’t Fitts ask Dannen why we weren’t getting increased buyouts every time Dannen wanted approval for another Willie raise and extension? Dannen knew what he wasn’t doing for Tulane, but apparently nobody in Gibson Hall understood it.

Just one of number of questions that surround the 2023 season. My biggest question is why didn't Dr. Stewart examine Michael Pratt after numerous injuries when he went back into games? After the Kung Fu move that clearly hurt his knee NOBODY from the medical staff examined him, he went to the bikes and went back on the field clearly limping. Probably cost us the Ole Miss game. If Pratt played and was the same Pratt that went 14-15 against USA, that game would have been over at halftime with Tulane up big.

This would be repeated at least twice more as the season progressed.
