Umpire has since been suspended indefinitely for his actions.

Notice how the UNO catcher jumps between the batter and umpire, probably telling him that it's not worth it to go after him. Go back to the dugout and let your coach fight it.

Yes. The umpire wouldn’t let the kid show him up but in the end the umpire will lose his job over that.
He had already made up his mind that he was going to call him out. But the pitch was so bad it’s going to cost him big time. In the old days he’d had got away with it. But today every game is available in some form of visual media so there are now consequences for one’s actions that egregious.

Ban the Umpire for LIFE.... that was a toal disgrace
