Another big loss. This is the price of success, unfortunately. I'll bet he's not getting a huge raise, but is getting a shot at being a coordinator. Our LBs have been consistently good.

Damn. Huge loss. But on the bright side our DC can bring in his own guy. I bet Mike was disappointed he didn’t get our DC job.

No doubt this is about being passed over again. In this case he was passed over twice in one month. He did a great job here. I hope he has a ton of success and gets a DC job at the FBS level.

It is a loss. I assumed that he never wanted the DC job here since it never came up before. Coach Fritz and the team obviously respected him greatly.
