Big12 will add Colorado, Utah, the two 'Zona schools, USF and UAB...3 pods of 6 teams, the two highest ranked, play for the All Pod League championship... The rest of the pac10 will merge with the MtnWest and form the Mountain View conference....

Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !
It will still be better than a AACUSA. That's why SMU is doing it. AACUSA will be awful long-term media wise and financially.

Pac-12 partnerships with Amazon and SMU require the same calculation, expansion timeline, the 14-team option and more

Bad thing about streaming is no bars, restaurants and causal TV watchers will ever see your games.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 12:09 pm from Denver

I'm willing to bet that by the end of this decade there will be more people streaming, and more services offering to stream huge blocks of "channels" similar to the way cable providers do currently. Smart TV's will be come increasingly dominant as cable-ready TV's very slowly fade away. By 2040 I predict cable will be gone. Broadcast TV could return in a new iteration. There's already a cult-like free over-the-airwaves TV.tpstulane wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 12:15 pmBad thing about streaming is no bars, restaurants and causal TV watchers will ever see your games.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 12:09 pm from Denver

Might be true at some point but just like ESPN+ there are 100’s of games on to choose from.
