Davis has always started the game quiet against us and then rips out 20+ in 2nd half.

Their big guy, Williams(?), has really hurt us as well in the past, but as we have gotten more athletic he has not had the impact… but lets see.

Go up 3 and then horrendous basketball. Lazy passes and they commit 2 consecutive turnovers. There is no plan.

Cook has played awful in the last 3 minutes of the game.

I tuned in just 5 minutes ago but it looks like the offense has no idea what they're trying to do.

Penny a bad coach. Shades of Dale Brown.
FT’s to decide it. Bizzare 3pt attempt as last shot.

Just crazy how the programs have been mirrors of each other.

Memphis always rolls out of conference. And then collapses.

Ron does just the opposite. No matter what creampuffs we play OOC.

Is there any reasonable explanation how Tulane can have a better bb program than LSU?

Wife and kids are giving me strange looks as I'm still fist-pumping 30 minutes after the final buzzer.

This OT win reminds me of the OT win Perry got at Louisville to start his run.

We were already on a run (8-0) I think went to 13-0 after the win. Texas Tech in Texas broke the streak.

I wanted to check because our game played over their game with the OT. They were scheduled to come on ESPNU following us.

This cannot be overstated. And, frankly, I believe, again, Hunter out coached him.
We shot terribly from the FT line, for gosh sakes and still won the game. 16 home wins in a row streak shattered. We could be in 2nd place after tomorrow's Houston-Temple game.

Absolutely. That last play Penny set up was bizzare.
And in regulation he didn’t call a time out with the ball and 7 seconds to play to hold for last shot.

If that 24 footer was what Penny drew up, he is even worse than we all think.

No time out in regulation to set up a final shot was bad as well.

We have 7 games left with 4 of them against bottom half teams, and we have Cincinnati and Temple at home. We are in good shape for a 2 or 3 seed in the tournament to stay out of Houston bracket. It sure is fun when you feel like you are capable of beating anyone.

I'm assuming we will be favored in every game left except for at Houston.
