Maybe he got a raise, but he works for a douchebag head coach. Dana gets outcoached left and right and has underperformed since he got to Houston.

That's a loss, but he's a young guy moving up. You probably have to work for a few douches and AHs to work your way up.

Slade in charge. Maybe he wants his own OL coach. Perhaps he was politely told go find a landing place. See Boda.

It has everything to do with money and P5 status. He is also the co-OC at Houston.

You'd think someone who was here last season and saw a G5 beat now 5 P5s this year alone would understand the fallacy of the P5/G5 narrative.

Fallacy or not perception is everything and P5 is where it's at. Plus he's from Houston.

I hope they take a look at Gabe Fertitta. He's a great coach. He's currently coaching with Alex Atkins at FSU. He originally hired Alex when he was OC at a JC in mississippi. He's grew up in Nola/Holy Cross high School. He won a couple of state championships at Catholic high in BR. He would be a great fit and great recruiter.

More concerned about losing our OL coach than our OC.
