We play at WSU tomorrow night at 8 on ESPNU. WSU is favored by 1. Cross will be a game time decision. Cook missed Monday's practice with an ankle injury. Hunter says he'll play. We have the bye after this game and don't play again till next Wednesday:

Didnt realize Pope was on the bench injured for that last set.

I wonder how close we were to the double bonus on Holloways 1&1, 2 FTs, sink one we win.

The drought from the 3-point line continues. I am going to have to turn the sound off soon if this announcer continues to rave about Craig Porter Jr every 3 minutes.

Tulane 0-10 from 3. WSU 6-10. Forbes is now gun shy and reluctant to shoot. This is just like the Tulsa loss.

Not having serious size down low is a problem if we can't score consistently from outside. Hunter brought Daniels in to fill that role but he never plays. To compete at this level, Hunter needs to get a couple of big men and learn how to use them.

Announcer just said Daniels and Coleman are both out. Anyone know why? Coleman has struggled with illness all year.

Stopped passing the ball and the offense has gone stagnant.

Exactly—resulting in terrible shot selection in the last 7 minutes.

We're damn lucky to have three starters that shoot 90%, 90% and 84% from the FT line. I don't think I've ever seen a team that I've followed with TWO 90% FT shooters.

I think it’s Coleman and Williams. Corey Gloor said they were left behind at the decision of the Coach…hmmmm.

Good:
Pope with 15 pts,
Cook with 20pts, 9 reb, 6 asts, and 6-6 at the line all in the last 10 minutes.
Cross 18-7-5
Only 8 turnovers

Bad:
Outrebounded 46-33, 14-5 on the offensive boards

You're right about Williams. I keep thinking of Daniels because he is the one big guy we got... who never plays.

It's more proof that if Cross plays or Forbes is decent at Tulsa, we win.

Wow! Is it March already?? 😁😁great game.

Never give up, even on the road… we neutralized their bigs, we rebounded really well it seemed…. WSU shot
lights out from 3, whenever they needed a 3 they got it.

The fact that we have so many guys whom can handle the ball (& hits FTs), neutralizes the 3?, rare game where that happens.

Team really happy coming off the court, great to see!

When Coleman is hot, he can hit shots from all over the court as well as anyone in the conference. But if he gets a bad call, misses a shot that he should make, turns it over or somehow gets distracted, he seems to become a different player. His movement slows or stops. His shot is off, and he's ineffective for long stretches. If Hunter could just capture the good Coleman, he'd be a real player.

I like Coleman too. Great win here without him; coming back from 18 down in front of 7k WSU fans. I remember the Ed Conroy era win after coming back from 26 down at SFA.

Why didn't we drive at the end of regulation, take an easier 2 pt shot, or draw the foul and win with a last second free throw vs. chucking up a 3? Happy we won, but just don't understand that...
