The room for a football admin bldg and a first class weight room AND much office space is there.. The plaza in front of Yulman is a waste of valuable space. Currently the Hertz Center is attached to Yulman and extends all the way to Ben Weiner Drive. You can build from the Hertz Center all the way to the where the old souvenir shop was located and as for height , that could be 3 or 4 Floors. The bottom would be left open to allow access to Yulman.. Yeah I know, pipe dream but viable with $$$$ and Admin. support .
