You wonder, is it really an upset pick if the home team is favored by -1, but the visitor is the higher ranked team and would be favored on a neutral field? Its not really going out on a limb much, is it?

an U can bet all of the big12 and espn are hoping like hell for a cincy-ucf championship game.. I find it interesting that the bcs committee meets not far from the big12 HQ, and ucf was kept in the bcs rankings
