First I heard of this promotion, and I following Tulane closely. Tulane does a terrible job of getting out their promotions. Need to advertise on TV, Radio, and the Newspaper....Average fan won't come if they don't know there is a big promotion...Do we have an Athletic Marketing Department? The silence is deafening.
Wake up Tulane, you have a good thing going this year. PROMOTE it to the general public. You might just
cultivate a new fan base......

It is the first time hearing of this promotion because it appears to be the poster's suggestion, not actually happening.

I stand corrected. It appears Tulane has a planned promotion for each home football game. Unfortunately, unless you dive deep into the web site, it appears you will be unaware of the promotions.
