They probably going to hire the Ga Southern OC before he leaves town…… they really looked good on Offense, spread the field and got the ball to their skill players.

Had they waited until 10/1/2022 they’d saved over $7 million.
Georgia Southern, 3-9 a year ago, upset Nebraska 45-42. The Eagles earned their first win over a Power 5 opponent since moving to the FBS in 2014 after the Huskers missed a 52-yard field-goal attempt wide left as time expired. Nebraska is 1-2 with Oklahoma looming. Frost’s buyout drops by $7.5 million on Oct. 1.

Doubt he will be in demand at the AAC level. He has only had 1 winning Season as a HC……..

It was an epic season, but 7 seasons and only one winning one just goes to show how challenging it is to win.

the ole "county ride - walk on" program has caught up with the Huskers...when those scollies had to be counted against their signing limit, it has been down hill ever since....it began to catch up with them when Solich was the coach

I agree 755. Jimbo seems to enjoy running his mouth more than running a program. He’s got unlimited resources and can’t beat App St. The $20MM recruiting class cavalry may not arrive soon enough to save him. But aTm has a history of big name coaches flaming out.

Somebody ought to get fired for not waiting til Oct 1. I read that he had been asked to resign, but apparently he wouldn’t—so let’s give him an extra $8MM since he won’t cooperate. 🤪

Exactly. I believe $7 million is what we get the entire year from ESPN
