LOL. Totally different backgrounds. Proven D-1 coach. Try as you might you got nothing golf. Age isn't the factor here. It's long time legit D-1 experience for these older coaches versus D-II for the other guy. Show us all these old coaches going straight from D-II to take over a D-1 program as a HC or OC/DC. So far all you got is older long time successful D-1 coaches getting other D-1 jobs. No comparison.
