Outside of the Hertz Center I’d say every other on campus facility needs an significant upgrade or better yet new facilities. The academic side has completed upgraded, replaced or in process of replacing just about every on campus building/facility. Remarkable.

Absolutely. I was actually laughing as I watched that video. It was like, “if we play the jazzy music loud enough it will make the facilities look better.” The show stopper was the dramatic video entrance into ancient Fogelman—hilarious.

look at the upside...next time Tulane evac's for a hurricane, they will have nice facilities to use while staying in B'ham

Very nicely..S&P is up 22% YTD even with the recent omicron dip and its nice to have an honest and thoughtful person at the wheel again vs. someone telling and promoting lies/conspiracies since day one. Biden kicked Trump's ass in the election and will do it again if the Orange Buffoon runs Trump is an official loser.
