No surprise only a year or so too late finally enters the portal.
At least he gets to keep his truck.
Not suggesting Tulane unless Pratt enters the portal.

Brennan leaves LSU having played in 20 games and earning a degree in sports administration.

Maybe the title could be amended to spell his name correctly- Myles.

I read that he was initially recruited by Les Miles ! Wow, that’s going back a ways. Someone should sell him on a Tulane Masters degree and expound the virtues of being mentored by Kai Horton.
But, Myles can now at least always "fall back" on his LSU degree in sports administration?Bicoastalwave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 2:46 pm I read that he was initially recruited by Les Miles ! It's official, Myles Brennan has "retired," will "fall back" on his LSU degree in "sports administration." https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/ncaafb ... 419d8e7796

[Rovell] “Myles Brennan signed NIL deals with Raising Canes, Smoothie King, GameCoin, Smalls Sliders and Hollingsford Richards Ford. He didn’t play a single game since signing, but because NIL deals can’t be based on performance, he keeps all the money.”
I wonder if he transfers if he forfeits that. Strong possibility that’s why he simply “retired”. Have to believe he wouldn’t mind competing at Tulane in front of family in New Orleans while getting a masters.

This guy had some real bad luck. Good story by him in the Athletic recently.

The top-10 quarterback expected to be the face of a program’s offensive modernization gets pushed aside by the greatest quarterback in school history. He waits four years and gets his starting chance only to suffer a freak injury so rare they offer to name the surgery after him, then a year later breaks his arm getting his flip flop caught days before preseason camp. He plans to leave, gets convinced by the new coach to stay for his final chance. And he still doesn’t win the job.

I think a few days after Kelly convinced him to stay, Kelly went after the ASU QB.tpstulane wrote: ↑Sun Aug 21, 2022 9:10 am This guy had some real bad luck. Good story by him in the Athletic recently.
