Perfect weekend!!! We WON and both pussies lost
Tulane beat a better USC team as well.
Be proactive, being reactive is for losers..
Tulane Class of 1981
Tulane Class of 1981
Fritz won’t last 3 years there with Houston’s sugar daddy peering over his shoulder, they recently canned their AD and are wanting to raise NIL money instead of facility improvements. Fritz improved Tulane football but the last 2 years was wanting out and now has his wish hope this was worth it

I didn't know about that Golf--in the mid-70's I was in various states of consciousness at Tulane. In addition to the publicized tax breaks, I wonder what grease the UH Board of Trustees got--as most were Houston-based businessmen.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2024 1:44 pmdid ya know... back in the mid 70's UH's main campus was suppose to be moved to Clear Lake, where the UH - Clear Lake extension campus is today, close to Bay Area Blvd...but the city of Houston & Harris county came up with a Tax deal if the campus was left in place.....if moved to Clear Lake, that would be one hell of a great locationHoustonWave wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2024 9:38 amLocation really is terrible--the campus is in a war zone.arkhou02 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2024 12:47 am
Agree. But the location is terrible.
His offense looked terrible today. No imagination at all and just a pitiful game plan.
On a somewhat related note, Kentrell Webb played ok and Keith Cooper blocked a FG.
Devean Deal played really well for TCU on Friday night and Brazzell had a good game for Tennessee. Wish those guys the best.

H-wave... I wuz livin in Clear Lake in mid 70's...my address was Nasa Road 1...which is now called Nasa Parkway....I was told by my cousin, who played for UH 1963 - 1966, and several people who grew up near Clear Lake, that talk of movin the campus began in the lated 60's...HoustonWave wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2024 1:17 pmI didn't know about that Golf--in the mid-70's I was in various states of consciousness at Tulane. Location really is terrible--the campus is in a war zone.
Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !

Pretty strange press conference. I see the Houston sports reporters are still a pack of lapdogs. UH may want to change their 2024 mantra from "Coogs can't beat Coogs" to "Coogs need to show up for the games".

Hopefully the LA recruits committed to Houston took notice.
Oklahoma is now a 29-pt. favorite over Willie's Houston "Coogs."

Houston is coming to play University of Arizona in November. I already have my tickets to root the Wildcats on. Same thing happen at Az about coaches.
Jedd promised to stay and talked about loving the school and Tucson and a week later he was on his way to take the Washington job after a five minute meeting with the players.
He was probably counting on taking the star Q.B Fifita and a star receiver but that did not fly with two athletes who did not like his bridge burning and lies. Sound familiar to Tulane fans?

100%! My son graduated from the UofA so I follow their program closely. Fisch departure from Tucson was handled with less class than Fritz leaving Tulane. Fifita and T Mac are high character kids with great loyalty to Arizona.Bigschtick wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2024 5:43 pm Houston is coming to play University of Arizona in November. It would make a Tulane victory slightly sweeter in Norman if it were to follow an OU blowout of the Coogs.Wave755 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2024 12:59 pm Oklahoma is now a 29-pt. favorite over Willie's Houston "Coogs."
