Good catch, I noticed it a couple of days after I upgraded. It's actually a known bug, and I think a patch should be available for it any day now. I'll update once I know.

I did some digging this evening, and I found the culprit of the site jumping, long empty scrolling, unresponsive link issues that have been plaguing the site for a while.
The recent changes over at Twitter/X including changing the way the Recent Tweets timeline over in the sidebar was displayed. The code has been updated, and the issue has gone away.
Next up is to actually hide that sidebar on mobile displays.
