The NET blows!!! There is just no way that this women's team was anywhere near as competitive as the men.

NET wouldn’t matter in this case.
WNIT takes 64 teams.
The mens NIT takes 1/2 that so 32 teams.
Men would have made a NIT field of 64 also.

128 women teams make post season
96 men teams make post season

(Not counting the pay for play ones)
