He certainly has a strong leg, his kickoffs were often way out of the end zone. His HS is one of the power programs in the State of Texas. They have a beautiful stadium with seat licenses and often sell out. Contrary to many posts here, it's considerably smaller than Yulman. And concrete, which had a well-documented structural issue when it was brand new.

I've edited the OP as it appears he may be a scholarship player. He has a player card which is usually only for those getting a scholarship:
