3 points is about what the home field is worth.... so on a neutral field this would be a pick'em......

Yep, we beat them 5 times in a row from 1990 to 2000. And I was surprised to see we still lead the series even though they have won the last 4. times we have played.

Correct, Sagarin places homefield advantage this week at 1.86 pts. Generally speaking, Vegas gives the home team 3 points. So, on a neutral field I believe the game would be "pick it." Note Sagarin ranks us #38, Cincy #39.

The first ever C-USA game was a Tulane road victory at Cincinnati. In the early years, C-USA was a pretty good conference, with quite a few future P5's.
