And they force a punt on UCF opening drive. Navy came to play.

Surprised Gus Bus decided to punt on that 4th and really short. Odd call.

I hope DC Hampton is watching this game. Navy doing a great of bend don't break defense and forcing Plumlee to make mistakes.

14-6 Navy at half. Granted they were in prevent on the last drive, but were mostly in a 3-3-5, and the MLB spying on Plumlee. Forced Plumlee to keep checking down. He's not a great passer. We can beat this team.

We absolutely can. And I'm hoping the players are watching thinking the same thing.

GO NAVY!

Trying to figure out how Navy is able to stop their QB from running the way he did against us. I said to several UCF fans that if you shut down their QB they are beatable ..He is their biggest weapon . I would surmise that the TU coaches are watching this game and making a note IF and when we play them again!

A big part is Navy offense is having very long drives. Plumlee hasn't been able to establish a rhythm at all

UCF switched to Mikey Keene to start the second half. 5 plays, 75 yards, 3/3 passing, and its tied at 14

Momentum started going UCF's way and Navy gets a massive strip sack! Time for a slow TD and take UCF's fans out of it again...

Had to settle for three. 17-14 Navy. Doesn't seem like the Navy QB is as good at reading the defense as some past Navy QBs have been.

Overwhelmingly creative decisions on the part of the Navy QB. Dive, dive, dive punt.

I know we should want to play against the highest ranked teams. But man if UCF blows this, mental collapse could lose them their last War on I-5 next week. Plus Cincy losing to us next week. And by some miracle Houston loses at ECU and they play a tough Tulsa rivalry game next week.

Would be incredible to see the parting 3 to leave in huge letdowns!

I know it's basically impossible but seeing them go 0-5 and having a Tulane vs ECU/SMU finale.....man that would be PERFECT!

I wonder now if we lose next week and there's a 3 way tie but we lost to UCF and UC would we go to the title game anyway?

Seems like UCF in it already. They either play us or UC

There’s a possibility of a 4 way tie if UH wins out also.
