A talent that we never fully appreciated while he was here. We knew he was good, but he's REALLY good.

He's just got to get his bat going. Hitting .200 as of today. Fortunately for him, the other three Cs on the roster are hitting .200, .212, and .237.

That .250 average is considerably higher than the Major League players’ overall average — .236!

Heck of a throw, but nothing we haven't seen from Jake before. We were really blessed to have someone of his talent behind the plate. Hope he sticks for good. He's definitely got all the talent for the position.

It was. Unfortunately he has so few at bats his average swings either way easily. He's 0-4 since then so he's now at .229. If he could get to .250 and stay there he would likely finally stick. Hope it happens for him. He was really fun to watch when he played for us.

He pitched late and played 3rd base in yesterday’s 15-2 blowout loss.
So he’s now played catcher, pitcher and third base in the majors. Pretty cool.

His batting average may be only .229, but his OPS is .781 which is really good so far mainly because of his slugging Percentage.

Weekend series against ChiSox in Motown brought his average down to .216

He is in imminent danger of being demoted , again

After having his average drop into the .180's he has started hitting again and got back to .225 with a double and a homer.
