Ok. That would be correct but it’s not written that way.

Yeah I’m assuming that because the way it was written it seemed Toledo brought Losman to Tulane.

i wonder if his decommit was a factor in 4 Southland Conference teams joining the WAC...leaving the Southland with only 6 football playing schools.. I posted the link under those "other louisiana schools", but I am trying to get ole Billy to 100 pages
