Hopefully, it will be at least another 6 win season, however, South Alabama was expected to be one of the virtually guaranteed wins. Tulane losing this one, especially by multiple scores, would put the USM game in some level of doubt.
Some level of doubt?? This Tulane team looks like a 3 win team at best.

DE is a relatively easy position on the DL and they're annually feted as world beaters. Right👍

I may have to apologize to Cowdick. I thought they were the problem. They were —but it’s the same old shit show with a lot of bologna talk and than pooping on the fans. We have some talent at a few positions but overall 💩

247’s Team Talent Composite has Tulane’s roster at #77 and South Alabama’s at #111.

Tulane has no intensity in their play. As bad as Navy looked last week, I worry what they’ll do to us next week on ABC..

I guess their coaching ratings are somewhat higher.

Can't block, Can't catch, can't throw, can't tackle, can't cover, can't pressure the qb, can't kick, can't coach. Did I miss anything.

I hate the passing playcalls. It feels like we NEVER test the secondary.

I don't think Hall trusts this guy.

What are we looking at here? Is this a 3-4 win team?

I've watched grass grow that was more exciting than this. Our offense is truly offensive. Our D is leaving WR's wide open all over the field. And for crying out loud, Merek Glover, despite what the announcers say, is not one of the best kickers in Tulane history. He's probably not in the top 5. If he is for percentage reasons, it's only because they hardly let him try from outside of 40.

Basically, this is becoming an ugly loss by a team that looks like it hasn't played or had a normal preseason. Pathetic.

They have a kicker that can make a 49 yd. FG with plenty room to spare.

And that’s inexcusable for Fritz in year 5 of the program.
