Other than a couple great scrambles, Howard has been a monumental disappointment. Hopes for a breakout season seem premature.

I have faith in Keon. He will get it together.

Has the broadcast changed stations? A corn joke tournament at halftime? Really?

Our d line is inept. When combined with a secondary that is incapable of credibly **SHOWING** cover zero - we're fucking doomed. There's no point in disguising intentions when you're incapable of executing the very coverage you're "threatening".

Pressure is getting there. The secondary is getting cooked in coverage. They can't run the ball consistently, so expect more passes coming in the 2nd half.

The other channel has collegiate cornhole championship. More exciting than this fiasco. When I was in school cornholing meant something else. I hope we wake up for the second half!!!

I think we’ll see some freshmen DB’s moving up...maybe in this game.
At this point it is Pratt.HoustonWave wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 7:59 pmI thought Ibettia won the back up role.Bicoastalwave wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 7:54 pm Chase needs to ride the bench.
Curtis needs to be let go.
I guesss we roll with Howard, but the plan should be for Pratt to take over ASAP (after the bye ?). Otherwise- can Pratt really be worse ? My god I wish we had their juco champ qb. He has this insane stat where I believe he has only lost 1 time in his entire high school and college career
Ground and pound until we get a QB. This is the most positive I can be.

We’re going to get our asses handed to us in AAC play. This team is not ready to play.—looks like the FIU fiasco four years ago.

Once again our vaunted DEs can’t seal the corners.

Wasn’t it Wave97 that said he had a “bad feeling” about this game.?

Hopefully, it will be at least another 6 win season, however, South Alabama was expected to be one of the virtually guaranteed wins. Tulane losing this one, especially by multiple scores, would put the USM game in some level of doubt.HoustonWave wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 8:33 pm We’re going to get our asses handed to us in AAC play. Apologies to WaveQB. I thought he was nuts for picking USA.
Well, here we are again.
