One can readily understand why Tommy jumped on the Clemson offer—at the time we were contaminated with Cowen. But it’s true Tommy hasn’t really returned to Tulane in over 20 years—he may have given a Tulane-friendly interview, but he’s in N.O. because of Clemson.

Bowden and all players and staff should have been honored at pre game or half time...including him in some Glazer HOF is a total joke....but then again Tulane has honored, at least in my mind, a thief with a certain circle on campus

I thought Tommy came back last year when the entire 1998 football team was honored and inducted into the Tulane HOF.
