Thanks for the article. I know people may think I’m crazy, but I believe that Chris Scelfo was going in the right direction until Katrina. And, after that disaster it would take 10 years to “right the ship”. Recruiting—the lifeblood of all programs—was effectively gone in the crapper. No one’s fault-just facts
