I’m glad ECU got in. I think they can take Oklahoma.
I’m also glad to see that ESPN had a camera at Glazier.

They were safely in. They were playing for a host spot. ULL has to be happy. I thought we may have knocked them out. They were in the “last 4 in” group.Houma de Wave wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 12:00 pm I’m glad ECU got in. I think they can take Oklahoma.

Tulane doesn't have any tickets to sell. You have to go thru LSU. They sell to their season ticket holders first. On Thursday at 9 they will sell all session passes if any are left. On Friday at 9 they will sell single session tickets if any are available.

If Tulane somehow remains hot and moves on to a Super we will undoubtedly become the underdog darling of the Baseball world. We have a reasonable chance to do well. The team, although having many a less than memorable moment, is not actually as bad as their record. As long as pitching is not stretched too much and the bats remain on we can play with anyone. The never say quit story is really easy to write and should show up in every forum dealing with college baseball if we move on to a Super. It will certainly be a cherry on top of the great football year sundae if the Baseball team makes some waves (get it- makes some waves. I should drink and write more often.). What would really be the icing on the cake would be to get to the World Series along with number 1 Wake Forest and get to say hello to Bennett Lee and Michael Massey. The only down side to what should be a fun post season is that we did not knock UL at Laf to the other side of the bubble. Roll Wave.

Sucks that UC-Irvine got knocked out. 38-17 overall, 9-1 vs PAC12, 19-6 on the road. RPI was 49. They lost about six wins vs Top 50 RPI teams when those teams lost in their last series and dropped out of the top 5o.tpstulane wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 12:29 pmThey were safely in. You can buy tickets from Oregon State. The tickets are for games that OSU is in. Hopefully we'll be playing them in a winners bracket game on Saturday.

The players, coaches, staff and parents have 200 tickets so if your tight there you can score a ticket or two.
Something isn’t right though. Fans that have been paying a seat license for the right to buy post season tickets have been fleeced. The NCAA requires the host school to provide a larger amount of tickets than 200 for opposing teams. And half those tickets have to be between 1st and 3rd base the other half can be in the outfield or bleachers.

I'm thinking Tulane turned down more than what was needed for the team. Attendance was the worst ever. If that's the case it was a short sighted move. The players comments clearly show they expect us to have fans there since it's so close.tpstulane wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 7:34 pmThe players, coaches, staff and parents have 200 tickets so if your tight there you can score a ticket or two.

I’m sure if you want to get a ticket you can but you won’t have a group of Tulane fans together other than if your on one of the parents ticket. That will discourage most Tulane fans from going.

For the games LSU isn't in you likely could but the point is those of us who have paid for the season tickets and the accompanying seat fee should't have to hunt them down as you said above.

Someone needs to get local media on Dannen's case. But none of them will do it. They don't want to be kicked out of the pressbox next season.

Love your optimism ccap but you might want to tamp down your expectations so as not to get disappointed.ccap05 wrote: ↑Mon May 29, 2023 2:31 pm If Tulane somehow remains hot and moves on to a Super we will undoubtedly become the underdog darling of the Baseball world. So glad that the Cajuns avoided BR…..their class was shown by their ladies that Louisiana beat……best of luck and if that idiot with the enlarged belt yells and sits in the front row, request his removal…..the sun’s reflection off the belt can be a problem……no class is their only class!

Seems like its an SEC thing about hoarding tickets. Looks like all tickets for Southern Miss have to go through Auburn.
