Ole Miss Destroys Tulane 61-21
Completely embarrassing as usual. Sickening that the O-line continues to be this bad for so long. Now the D-line isn't any good either.

This is exactly what concerned me going into these first three games. All you guys got your hopes up and I said to expect two blowouts and was concerned the fan base would mutiny. Fritz has the greatest challenge of his term at Tulane going forward. He can’t let this game affect the rest of the season.

Tulane has been, is, and always will be a program with those results or worse. What makes Willie so bad. The program has stunk for 70 years. Get realistic,mbawavefan12 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 11:33 pm Willie better enjoy po boys for the rest of his career.

Great. Now Pratt has an injured throwing arm. Great job Willie.

I’ve been saying it. I don’t see us ever doing much better than what we’ve already done under Fritzmbawavefan12 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 11:33 pm Willie better enjoy po boys for the rest of his career.

We can take comfort in knowing we were SEC champs three times. In the 30s.
Are you comforted?

Actually we won our last SEC Championship in 1949.GreenLantern wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 11:42 pm We can take comfort in knowing we were SEC champs three times. In the 30s.

Anyone here posting about sportsmanship needs to self-declare as D-3 advocates. TU is well-positioned to win more than it will lose. However, Ole Miss is showing us that you can’t gimmick your way in and out of a SEC game. We are lightyears away from being week-in, week-out competitive with the teams we would like to be able to hang with. Kiffin was a concern going in bc he spoke like a coach who was looking for a TKO- and he proved worthy of concern. Good for him having the stones to prove on the field that TU cannot hang with them- us fans should be appreciative that he exposed our underbelly.
Once again, we read the tea leaves and served ourselves up on a platter.
Not saying the players didn’t play or the coaches didn’t coach- they simply were outplayed and out coached rather easily.
Also, the cutesy shit out of the front office needs to stop until after proven worthy. We are only good enough to sneak up on an OM- not near good enough to square off. Why draw their attention?
