We’ve lost four 1-run ball games and 3 two-run ball games.
Unfortunately that’s the difference between a good team and one that’s not so good.Houma de Wave wrote: ↑Thu Apr 01, 2021 9:22 pm We’ve lost four 1-run ball games and 3 two-run ball games.
Be proactive, being reactive is for losers..

Bringing Thomas in there makes no sense.

How does Guerry Smith not ask TJ why Thomas was brought in?winwave wrote: ↑Thu Apr 01, 2021 11:14 pm Loses another close one:

Olthoff out with a fatigued arm.

Anyone care to go back to Feb 19 and find where I strongly questioned using him for 107 pitches on opening night, which got a lot of reaction from some of you. Same with Sat pitcher that weekend. Desperate coach on hot seat with desperate moves early in season.
If I’m Ohltoff’s family he doesn’t throw one more pitch for Tulane.

We win game 2 7-1 behind a good starting performance by Aldrich and two good innings from Bates .

Swoboda is fun to listen to for a little while, especially since I"m a Mets fan that actually remembers his years in Flushing, NY. But I don't think I could handle a season with him. I've caught bits and pieces of Ron S over the years and have the same reaction. He's as nuts as he always was. Gotta love him. "You Gotta Believe!"
" If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day.." Jimmy V
We win game 3 11-2. Another good start for our pitching and two good innings from Price.

The reason I asked is I can only go back 10 pages of threads which only got me back to March 10.Profoundwizard wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 3:08 pmPost the linkJaxwave wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 2:56 pm Anyone care to go back to Feb 19 and find where I strongly questioned using him for 107 pitches on opening night, which got a lot of reaction from some of you. Click on the username above any of your own posts and you can search your own post history (and anyone else’s post history too if you click on their username) I browsed yours and I don’t see you say anything about Olthoff’s pitch count on February 19th or any other day this season. Now you can double check, maybe I skipped over it.Jaxwave wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 10:17 pmThe reason I asked is I can only go back 10 pages of threads which only got me back to March 10.Profoundwizard wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 3:08 pmPost the linkJaxwave wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 2:56 pm Anyone care to go back to Feb 19 and find where I strongly questioned using him for 107 pitches on opening night, which got a lot of reaction from some of you. You complained about Cannizaro letting Welch throw 107 pitches like a week ago.

Anyone Else getting worried that we’re about to go 17-15 in conference play and keep Jewett around because of it?
