We start the season at home on Friday at 1. The game will be on ESPN+. Former UNO coach Tic Price is their coach. They were picked 5th in the Southland conference.

I'll take a stab at the initial starting line-up:

Walker-PG
James-SG
Forbes-SF
Cross-PF
Days-C

Watson could be a starter but will definitely get significant minutes. Coleman could surprise as a shooter and earn minutes. Word is Pope has improved and could play some. Jankovic could start over Days. I plugged Days in because as we know from last year he understood the defense better than anyone.

Need to start 5-0 to build some goodwill in the program. I do have a feeling this will be a busted season no matter what we do.

This schedule is set up for us to have a very positive start if these guy’s chemistry can at least be “decent.” An overall winning record isn’t out of the question as Coach continues to build.

Coleman does have a nice shot. Forbes is really athletic. James looks smooth too.

Played very poorly in the first half. Down 30-21. Lamar's best shooter is out with COVID.
