Memphis game may change dates:

If so I hopre it's only pushed back one week so the team doesn't get out of rhythm.

That would be a real problem. I've had the rhythm method fail on me a couple times.

December 12 could be good going into a bowl, Bowls begin the following week. They would be tuned going into a bowl, especially if they beat Memphis!!!

Smart move by the AAC commissioner. One has to assume the more games played the more teams from the AAC have a chance to move up in the bowl pecking order.

Wonder if we can squeeze in a non-conf game for Nov 28th?

Maybe we can use this extra time to teach our defensive backs how NOT to let the receiver get behind them in the Endzone on a Hail Mary pass!!! Oh and by the way can we teach the team how to tackle on 4th and 13 with the game on the line????

It never ceases to amaze me how this football program can lose some of these games year after year after year!! Quite embarrassing and quite disgusting!

Seriously doubt we'll add a game. This gives the team time to get over that epic disaster.

A win against ANYBODY would be the best on November 28 . Is Southern Miss up for a round two ?

Memphis favored by 13.5 over Navy, thought i miss read it but Memphis has another one of those explosive AAC offenses again this year.

ECU beat SMU, drops us down in conference standings, next week really important game.

Any update on fans in the stands. I know a few diehards applied for the free tickets but nobody got a response yet that I know of. Anyone here get tickets?
Maybe with the surge in cases Tulane pulled back. Not sure.

For some reason I think they pushed the notifications back to tomorrow. I took it that they hadn't received enough request to take up all the tickets and were giving people more time.

I applied for tickets and haven't heard anything. I'm also having second thoughts about going. I've had a lot of friends (more than 12) contract the disease within the past two weeks. Also 2 friends of friends who were otherwise healthy have died...one was a physician.

I am very heartened by the news from Moderna today that their vaccine has a 100% efficacy in preventing serious cases.

I have my fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞 for just playing the game on Saturday. Both the United States & Europe appear to now be in the midst of a Covid explosion for new cases.

So, has anyone received notice that they have tickets for this game? Anybody?

I don't think anyone has been notified yet. Getting kind of late in the process.

Has anyone contacted the ticket office or athletics department? I don't have a prayer of attending, but am curious. I also wonder if another pushback to December 12 might be under discussion?
