This is the kind of thing you love to see. Great way to make the most of a crappy season. Setting us up for some serious offensive production in the coming years with experienced O-line and the talented QBs coming in.Tuggle, another 3-star prospect, will be right next to him. They will not play every down. Second-year graduate transfer and part-time 2019 starter Ben Knutson will rotate with Remetich, and Duke graduate transfer Jaylen Miller will alternate with Tuggle.

Not a lot of things more exciting than gameday.
Seems as we've waited much longer than a year for this.

I ran in to Coach Kennedy a week or 2 after signing day and asked him how long before we see the results of the O-linemen we signed. He said, "Immediately. These guys are a LOT better than what we've gotten before." Roll Wave!!Ruski wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 4:19 amwinwave wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 11:58 pm Double Trouble:

Wouldn't it be great if we got out to a 35 point lead by halftime so we could see Ibieta and Pratt? It would be revealing to see who would play in which conditions. They show to be sharing the QB2 slot on the depth chart.
If we go to one of them today it would be Pratt this week from all reports.GreenLantern wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 12:05 pmWouldn't it be great if we got out to a 35 point lead by halftime so we could see Ibieta and Pratt? Noah Seiden, a 265 lb. defensive end who is a redshirt sophomore from St. Paul's in Mandeville gets a scholarship. Congratulations Noah!

Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. We could have finally broken our string of losses against ranked teams. Somehow, they're ranked #23.

Oolala should be up more. The lack of a p5 home crowd is noticeable in these p5/g5 matches. The aac really missed an opportunity not scheduling some p5 games in this strange season.RobertM320 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:33 pm Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. If the BIG and the PAC were playin', they would not be rankedRobertM320 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:33 pm Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. We could have finally broken our string of losses against ranked teams. Somehow, they're ranked #23.
Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !

Lezzzgooooo!!!!!!! I’m like a little kid waiting for Xmas morning !
Honestly I hope ULL wins, I’m sure we will play them soon enough and kick their ass. Hope App state loses to Charlotte and we put that nonsense to bed

And 20 years from now, when people look at past records and schedules, no one's going to remember that the B1G and PAC12 didn't play that year.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:46 pmIf the BIG and the PAC were playin', they would not be rankedRobertM320 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:33 pm Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. Yes they would be as all teams are in that poll at this point. I think they will release a new one after this weekend and then those teams will be removed.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:46 pmIf the BIG and the PAC were playin', they would not be rankedRobertM320 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:33 pm Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. Could have and should have been us , especially with Dannen being an Iowan . HE has cold feet and is afraid to stick his neck out and take a chance . We need a new AD , one who will accomplish more than reviving a discarded team logo....RobertM320 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 1:33 pm Man, too bad we didn't get Iowa State for today's game. President Fitts , B of A , it's put up or forever hold your peace time . Make Tulane ATHLETICS relevant and top 30 again .
ULALA beat Iowa State today with a 95 yard kickoff return for a TD and a 83 yard punt return for a TD winning 31 to 14.
Have the changes in practice affected special teams play? Oh well, we will see tonight?
USL's defence was pretty dominant. They could've easily won that game by a couple more scores. If you look across the scoreboards, I'll say the biggest difference in Covid-ball is the lack of huge home crowds. Seems the energy/momentum for home teams is missing.
