Here are the contract details on Tulane OC turned Southern Miss Head Coach Will Hall:

- $800K
- Deal over four years
- Buyout ranging from $1.5M to $500K if he leaves

So if he leaves before the start of the second season, his buyout is more than USM will have paid him!
