His teams put a pounding on all of those hi and mighty SWC teams when they were admiited into the conference... They really were. Yeoman was the master of finding overlooked talent, especially hidden in the East Texas piney woods. And invariably his teams had blinding speed. Yeoman was both a fantastic recruiter and coach.
