I luv that SMU "poached' a PEE5 coach....Sonny was fired from Cal, long before SMU hired himDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:05 pmI wonder what, if any, research went into those bold forecasts?dpm wave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:17 pm Majority take Tulane as a 3rd place finisher in the West.

Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !
And, didn’t SMU lose their quarterback, Hicks to Arkansas as a graduate transfer?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 3:11 pmI luv that SMU "poached' a PEE5 coach....Sonny was fired from Cal, long before SMU hired himDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:05 pmI wonder what, if any, research went into those bold forecasts?dpm wave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:17 pm Majority take Tulane as a 3rd place finisher in the West.

Is he the starter, or are they going with the Sophmore, Brown?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:55 pmSMU has the former Texas QB as their starterWave755 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:45 pmAnd, didn’t SMU lose their quarterback, Hicks to Arkansas as a graduate transfer?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 3:11 pmI luv that SMU "poached' a PEE5 coach....Sonny was fired from Cal, long before SMU hired himDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:05 pmI wonder what, if any, research went into those bold forecasts?dpm wave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:17 pm Majority take Tulane as a 3rd place finisher in the West.

The SMU offense stunk last year. Who knows what it will be like this year. It's not like Sonny has been an offensive guru. But if memory serves me, wasn't it Sandy Barbour that hired him at Cal?

from what I understand they think the Texas Ex is a huge upgrade from last year...but we will seeDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 6:26 pmIs he the starter, or are they going with the Sophmore, Brown?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:55 pmSMU has the former Texas QB as their starterWave755 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:45 pmAnd, didn’t SMU lose their quarterback, Hicks to Arkansas as a graduate transfer?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 3:11 pmI luv that SMU "poached' a PEE5 coach....Sonny was fired from Cal, long before SMU hired himDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:05 pmI wonder what, if any, research went into those bold forecasts?dpm wave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:17 pm Majority take Tulane as a 3rd place finisher in the West.

I went to last year’s SMU game @ Yulman. As we all know the Wave lost 27 to 23. A miserable affair from A to Z with about a hour long lightning delay the whole time of which I didn’t hear even one clap of thunder? And, I just checked, SMU quarterback Ben Hicks was 21/40 for 291 yards and 3 touchdowns. I’ve seen enough of this guy, thankfully he is @ Arkansas now.golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 7:37 pmfrom what I understand they think the Texas Ex is a huge upgrade from last year...but we will seeDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 6:26 pmIs he the starter, or are they going with the Sophmore, Brown?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:55 pmSMU has the former Texas QB as their starterWave755 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:45 pmAnd, didn’t SMU lose their quarterback, Hicks to Arkansas as a graduate transfer?golfnut69 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 3:11 pmI luv that SMU "poached' a PEE5 coach....Sonny was fired from Cal, long before SMU hired himDfromCT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 2:05 pmI wonder what, if any, research went into those bold forecasts?dpm wave wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:17 pm Majority take Tulane as a 3rd place finisher in the West.
