More violence. Is it related, idk. But this needs to stop. It is destroying this city. The FQ should not be compromised. We should all be embarrassed. I would cancel the game until further notice, but no one has the guts. How many more incidences until something is done? The game is a public nuisance, convince me otherwise.

+1,000. The local politicians are too gutless to make the hard call to protect the city's citizens and businesses. End the Bayou Classic in N.O. Let the two schools take it anywhere they want, but don't keep hurting N.O. with this violence.mbawavefan12 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 11:04 am More violence. Is it related, idk. Really? You don't know? The bar owner even says he's used to this every year during Bayou Classic.

Maybe the city needs to put the Bayou Classic promoters on notice, as well as the two schools. If something happens again, its done. Its their fans. They have no one to blame but themselves, even if its not directly school related.

This is important.
It should be on the front of this discussion board.

Grambling and Southern continue to show us that Louisiana has FCS programs that can put FBS numbers in the stands in a historic rivalry game between two programs that use to be the SEC of college football when black kids didn’t get FBS opportunities. Top black athletes no longer go to HBCU’s, so these schools are selling tickets with boarder line division II talent. Other FCS rivalries and some G5 match ups can’t sniff over 30K like the Bayou Classic hits every year. That’s why I still have respect for this game. Maybe security needs to be increased.
