Our basement neighbor in the SEC in the 1950s and 1960s has announced it is immediately beginning construction on a program to spend $300,000,000 to upgrade athletic facilities ....


President Fitts , B of A , it's put up or forever hold your peace time . Make Tulane ATHLETICS relevant and top 30 again .

Tulane needed to flex more clout in the state government. The lack of clout from the state officials, led to the super dome rather then upgrades to Tulane stadium and the massive facility push and emphasis to the diploma mill that is LSU.
