I know we don't want the board to become a solicitation spot, but I've had a very moving experience with another family facing pediatric cancer, and Imerman Angels is responsible for putting me in touch with this family.

This is an organization that connects cancer patients, cancer care providers, and family members and others that need help. I've volunteered my services just to talk to families facing pediatric cancer for a few years, and it's not easy to do. I suffer from PTSD, so every time I talk to a new family (which is only 1 or 2x/year) it puts me back where I was when Zach was diagnosed as relapsing (the worst conversation of my life.)

But helping others go through this hell is the most rewarding (albeit difficult) thing I've done and means more to me than anything else I've accomplished. If you can give your time, or a few dollars, I think it's a very worthy cause.

Thanks.
