Sure seems that way with those guys. Have the guy on tape and still no consequences.McWave wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 3:53 pmThe NCAA is a third world country when it comes to rule violation justice. Disgusting. I cant believe they pretend to be a higher academic institution with any form of sportsmanship or ethical obligations. These people are supposed to set examples for student and student athletes. Man i wish the ncaa wasnt such a joke.

On the YOGWF board, Pete Rasche posted:
I don't know if this is true or not, but it would certainly explain LSU skating through this scandal unscathed. The new AD at LSU is married to Mark Emmert's daughter. The same mark emmert who is head of the ncaa. The same mark emmert who was the former LSU chancellor. Hmmmm, wonder how that happened.

I wouldn't say they've gone unscathed. The process for them being investigated likely started after the last trial. The reports out there all indicated the NCAA had agreed to stay out of the matter till that was done with. As we all know the NCAA moves slowly so it might be a while before we know what happens with them.

So this happened when Vadal Alexander was at LSU, which probably means it's tied to the Les Miles regime and not to Ed Orgeron. LSU might get a slap on the wrist, or they might have to forfeit some wins, who knows. But it's not surprising. FBS, particularly at the P5 level is turning into a minor league for the NFL. Where they get paid to play.tpstulane wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2019 10:45 pm Cheating in FB now. Yahoo lead story tonight.

It's all about the money for the NCAA. Can you blame the players for pouncing on an opportunity to get some?

Just give them the death penalty in both sports and be done with it already.

Is LSU one of the dirtiest programs in Division One athletics? If not it sure seems like they are at least in the top ten.

The LSU president needs to be terminated for lack institutional control .
Will LSU suffer significant censure such as much deserved death penalty ?
Not likely because of the current NCAA president being the past LSU president .
Both guilty of lack of institutional control .
LSU HAS EARNED MORE SEVERE PENALTIES THAN SMU , FOR BOTH FB AND MBB .

Out of control athletic program. Death penalty should be an option. At the very least, a five year bowl ban.
