Re: USA! USA! USA!
Just remember, it was a NAVY Seal team that finally got him ! I just hope that the families of the victims of the 9/11 disaster may finally achieve the desired closure to this horrible part of their lives. I remember and pray for the victims even more. And, as a UNITED country, we can ALL move on f...

USA!
Just posting a couple of verses from the Navy Hymn. I hope that you do not mind. God bless our great country. God, who dost still the restless foam, Protect the ones we love at home. Provide that they should always be By thine own grace both safe and free. O Father, hear us when we pray For those w...

YES -- EXACTLY ! ! ! It is long past time for NEW leadership at Tulane, and hopefully the Tulane Board will change course and choose a STRONG candidate who has at least one Tulane University degree . ********************************************************************************* As a Tulane paren...

by the season's end? It has not been pretty this year, but something is still achieveable. Look at the LOSS column numbers and dare to tell me that it can't be done . ROLL GREEN WAVE!!!! And, yes, I know that I misspelled his last name. Maybe I did it on purpose.

Also, there are some new dorms being built on Willow Street (near Audubon Blvd.). When would they open?

Re: If something has to happen at the end . . .
RJ...ain't goin' nowhere....RD does not have da balls, or strikes to fire him !!!! I hope that is correct. You would think that our laissez-faire AD would just keep his hands off of Rick's program, ... but you never know . If he did it, his legacy at Tulane would be that he hired failures and fired...

of the season, I just hope that it will NOT be Tr!cky D!ckson to make the decision. I don't trust that guy as far as I can throw him, and I do not feel much better about SC. Anyway, the handwriting is on the baseball wall. Tulane must finish the C*USA season with an 8-4 mark or better. Just barely ...

No pitching leads to loss
I hate to lose at anything  just like anyone out here, but all of the weekend series games from now until the end of the season are of the HIGHEST priority. If we must sacrifice a few pawns (games) during the week to keep people fresh to play better on the weekends, then so be it. This week...

Re: I Predicted 2 wins at UCF
I hope that you feel much better than I do! Rice has had our number since the 2005 super regional. Tulane must win at least one of these weekend games. A Rice sweep would be very bad. Ok, I got lucky and I have to say that I am disappointed with Sunday's outcome. That was SURELY attributed to the d...

Re: Sorry haters
Yes, we do. I will reserve judgement on Rick Jones and his staff until completion of the season. Hopefully, that will be in Pearl, Miss. Meanwhile, some around here just want to fire a coach . Things go not so good, and the knee-jerk reaction is to fire the head coach. What an original concept! The...

If you got Sandra to show up for that, then there would be NO PROBLEM getting enough participation. how about we call it the "A A" scramble..."Anti Administration" golf classic....anyone know Harry Connick, maybe he can host the annual "AA Celebrity Scramble Shootout"....

GOLF! Did someone say "GOLF"!
Pick a course somewhere between NOLA & BRLA.
I will also need two weeks to work on my game.
Could we play TWO-person scramble? That's fun. Regular scramble is LAZY GOLF.

Tulane Baseball in Lowly CUSA
C*USA baseball is NOT a LOWLY baseball league. I take great exception to that remark. Probabaly the top four C*USA teams will qualify for a regional this year. If a lower seed pulls an upset and wins the league tournament, then that number may be five. Tulane is not playing well at all right now. I...

Unless things change DRAMATICALLY and QUICKLY, no postseason this year either. However, I have just got to believe that Tulane is better than Marshall, UAB, & Memphis. Things can not be this bad, even though the league record says otherwise. Well, I'll admit that I am trying to be an optimist, w...

Re: "Gone With the Wind"
Tulane seems to be " on the bubble " as far as being qualified as an NCAA postseason contender. Hopefully, TU can "tread water" (yes, that pun was INTENDED) and stay afloat until the last part of the season when it can be in position to win its way back into a regional. Meanwhil...

Re: Is there a chance for Tulane Basketball?
Last year, I believe, at a Monday N.O. QB Club press conference, J.T. Curtis was asked if Tulane actually had what it took to win again (primarily in football). J.T. did not hesitate and answered that Tulane could indeed win again, but only if the university had the proper COMMITMENT (to athletics)...
