BTW, Caitlin Clark totally flopped and played the victim role after that collision. She should have watched her surroundings better.

Re: Sumrall Era Begins
The problem with turning over even winning coaches is that they take a number of star players with them. See Arizona. The turnover can devastate a program. Well, we recovered well after Fritz left. Fortunately, he left early enough to hire someone like Sumrall. We will be in the same predicament so...

South Alabama HC Kane Wommick takes Bama DC position
Couldn't imagine losing your head coach for a coordinator position even if it's Alabama. But he's definitely doubling or tripling his salary. Another big blow for the Sun Belt.

Can CJS make this program into a Miami type program from the 80s? That school was a small private school in a major market floundering for a long time before Howard Schnellenberger took over.

Re: Troy Dannen new Washington AD
Fisch did a good job rebuilding Az football but it was his sensational young QB, Noah Fifita, that really made the team so successful.. There was a delay in getting a new contract signed and it looks like that may have played a role. i would not call washington a step up from arizona It is when you...

Re: Troy Dannen new Washington AD
So where does Arizona go now? Until one of these P5 programs poaches a G5 HC not named Sumrall, the carousel will continue to spin and we'll be at risk. I doubt Sumrall would leave for another G5 job. Yeah 99% sure he won't leave for a G5 job, but makes you nervous if a P5 school approaches him.

Re: Roydell Williams
I really enjoyed Roydell as a player at Tulane and he had a decent NFL career as well. But I seem to remember another Roydell Williams played elsewhere at that time, too. I think the other one may have been a defensive player. I think it was Roy Williams who was a safety at OU and later was a long-...

Can we fly a drone around Fogleman with a sign behind it that reads: PLAY MORE THAN 7 PLAYERS and REBOUNDS WIN GAMES!?? Good luck with that! He barely played the bench against a NAIA school. And constantly playing zone defense puts our guys out of position to rebound unless you have one very tall a...
