Re: Lindsey Scott commits to LSU

Is Lindsey Scott even in Tulane's pecking order? We have room for him, he must sit out a year with 3 to play, unless he goes to a Div II school. Time will tell.

Re: Uniforms

Tulane's 30's uniform did consist of olive jerseys but with khaki pants along with brown, some years green, leather helmets or no helmets at all. Sky blue did not make it into TU uniforms until the early 60's.

Re: Cincy Series

As crazy as this may sound. This could be a blessing in the works. You're correct about easing Corey back in and with our other starters getting work and experience, Corey may be the answer to our bullpen woes as he builds his strength back up in his tender arm.

Coach Pierce told me that he would not reduce his roster until the night before 1st game. He wants to make sure everyone had a realistic opportunity.

Look, Richie Petibon played at Tulane almost 60 years ago. He hadn't made New Orleans his home in that time. Furthermore, Richie originally signed with Loyola to run track. He was talked into coming to Tulane to play football after his freshman year. The recruit everyone is talking about is his gran...

Re: Sweet uniforms

Tulane football never wore blue jerseys I can remember. Against Clemson in 81 Tulane broke out the blue pants. Basketball and baseball did, not football. Football did wear blue helmets in 63-64. I distantly remember the blue helmets in the 64 LSU game with senciled on back of jersey BEAT LSU.
