Any word on the game tonight? Baton Rouge has evidently already announced their postponement.

weather.com radar doesn't show rain in the Thibodeaux area until 10 or 11.

Not watching on TV, but listening to Graf this must be the worst umpired game in the last several years.

Rick Jones quit playing them there for awhile because of that very reason.

Tonight they were. Need them to continue to improve, because there’s just not a lot of talent in the bullpen.

For the sake of accuracy, the score is misrepresented. It should be 7-2-2 Tulane 7, Nicholls St. 2, Home plate umpire 2

Good to get the win. Cellucci looked really good. Pellerin got it done too. Green even had a decent inning. Bates has great stuff but his control was a problem again tonight. Let's go sweep this weekend.

Coach Jewett really has learned and grown into this job. He’s made adjustments, made great gameday substitutions, hired a great coach and has his team binding together. It’s been a joy to watch this club play so far this season.

I was away from the game between 7-2 and 7-4. There were runners on second and third. I know it happened quickly because I was not away long. What umpire issue occurred?

It was never 7-2????
Three bad calls off the top of my head:
1)Called strike three on Glancy ball way inside almost hit him was ball 4.
2)Hoese fouled one off his thigh it was called fair. The 3 blind mice Umps met and none saw that the ball hit him. Hoese didn’t even run because it was so obvious.
2)Phantom HBP on a Nicholls St batter.
But there were a few others I can’t recall at the moment.

I meant 5-2 to 5-4. I thought something odd happened to bring in those 2 runners that I had not seen and involved the umpires.

On the batter before the phantom HBP Price threw what should have been called strike three.. It was called a ball and the batter then got a hit.
