That 4 th down call had no chance of making a 1st down.

That's more on the execution of the QB. He didn't have to run it there. He chose to.

Banks brain just cannot make quick (correct) decisions & run this offense. Mcm needs to stay in this game. Also NO MORE hud & no more Jones. Bradwell and Dauphine ARE PLAYMAKERS- we are midway through the season, we know what we have. You have 4 weapons (Mooney, Encalade, bradwell & dauphine) use them !

also for the love of god, here’s a novel idea (echoed here constantly) throw a screen to a rb or a slant !!! I assume the reason they haven’t been is banks couldn’t for some reason ? I am very excited for even more MCM after the bye week

Hot take. Mc is a better runner than Banks.

Very true greenpuddle, we’re getting man handled at the line currently. Hope the D can stop them again

The play calling continues to be highly suspect, no matter who is QB. Banks tends to panic and default to his “hero ball” mode. But I continue to marvel at our inability to get the ball into the hands of our skilled players in open space.Bicoastalwave wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 12:02 pm Banks brain just cannot make quick (correct) decisions & run this offense. Getting outcoached today on both sides of the ball. The playcalling is comically bad. We’ve been caught off guard twice on defense with quick substitutions. Once for a long reception and this time for a free 1st down on 4th with a penalty. A timeout should’ve been used both times by Fritz.

Looking more and more like the Tulane (UAB) team made the trip. Scrum Ball isn’t going to cut it today. We’ll see if Willie and the boys have any other plays in their book.

“Wave doesn’t beat wave “
I have had an adult beverage for each maddening and incompetent Tulane playcall/penalty/performance today . . . I really don’t know if I can make it to half time.

They took two days off after the Memphis win. That is a sign of the bar being set too low.HoustonWave wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 12:17 pm Looking more and more like the Tulane (UAB) team made the trip. And we often end the half with all our time outs.sader24 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 12:16 pm Getting outcoached today on both sides of the ball. The playcalling is comically bad. So Cincy puts a spy on our running QB, and we don't do the same on theirs?
