I've seen nothing that makes me believe we will win or we will score past the 20's:

I haven't seen the official WF power rating *scale" of Ohio State 1st team to our conference teams. We hung 6 on OSU 1st team and moved the ball some against their 2nd team. I'm thinking WF would endorse TPS 30+ point prediction.

here's the problem...Memphis 1st team D is better than OSU's 2nd team...or is it ?

I was correct last week in my prediction that Ohio State would beat Tulane and I follow that very insightful prediction with this weeks spot on prediction:

Tulane 35
Memphis State 28

I've been searching all over the inrterwebs and can't find this Memphis 1st to OSU 2nd power ranking. but we did put up 0 points on the 2nd team so disregard my previous endorsement comment.

Memphis has 11 Louisiana players on their roster and their fans traditionally travel well . Will feel like a home game for the Tigers.

Memphis 55-15.

Absolutely. I’m thinking about going to that one and watching the stream on Tulane while at City Park. But weather dependent. At Yulman I’ll have cover.

I had the Wave at 1-3 at this point in my preseason prediction. I think we make a statement this week in conference.

Wave 31
Memphis 28

I had us at 2-2 at this point (wins at UAB and Nicholls). I also had us losing the Memphis game. As much as I would like to be wrong, I can't see the Wave stopping a powerful Darrell Henderson on a wet and sloppy field.

Field may be wet. But there will be no slop. Rain really isn’t an excuse for either team.

Memphis 38 - Tulane 17
We'll add to our FBS lead in drives that stall inside of the opponent's 40 yard line leading to no points.

We need this one so bad I can taste it. We're at home against a beatable Memphis team. This QB is a step down from what they've had. The staff is gonna set Banks free. The players are saying all the right things.

Memphis 38
Tulane 28

We've been here so may times and failed. We should be due but but that just never happens.
