You may as well shut it all down if we lose this week. We’re going to run out of Louisiana patsies to schedule.

If we lose we need to fly Willie Fritz to LAX and give him the Kiffin treatment.

If Willy Fritz can not motivate this team to pound the hell out of Nicholls State then it’s time to hang it up for TU football!!

True, so the Colonels won’t need ot to win. 31-20 NSU

Bonus pick: Nicholls fans are at least half of the actual crowd.

Kansas has 3 wins in its last 37 games.
2015 0-12
2016 2-10
2017 1-11
2018 0-1
And Nicholls St needed OT to win.
If we lose to the Colonels we need to shut it down.

NSU should bring about 7 to 8 thousand fans, which should help make the game fun. And, as did the ULALA fans in 2016, on Saturday the NSU fans will have the opportunity to see what a top 50 AAU university looks like.

No line yet. Should be out tomorrow.

Tulane 27
Nicholls State 16

Defense is good enough to keep Nicholls in check, but no confidence that the Offense can rack up a ton of points based on what I saw Thursday night.

I totally agree. But for the sake of $hits and gigles, I'll say:

Tulane 35
NSU 21

I'm sure our staff has the Kansas films.

For the Vegas sheet we will be rotation nos. 491-492. http://www.vegasinsider.com/college-foo ... las-vegas/

The spread generally comes out late for FBS v. FCS games. Since NSU did beat a "nominal P5" team in Kansas, perhaps there will be a bit more betting interest for our game on Saturday?

Wave win this one easily, 42 - 20.

Video highlights of their win over Kansas. Check out the alignment for that game-winning touchdown in overtime.

They're not going to see what a Top 50 AAU schools looks like, they're going to see an overpriced high school stadiums looks like. And like I've said before, for a school that is suppose to be so smart, some pretty stupid decisions have been made.
755, this is a sports page, why do you ALWAYS bring up the academics. Maybe some people couldn't afford to go to Tulane. So in your mind if you didn't go to Tulane, than you suck, it that it?

OK, here is my prediction:

Wave 45
Colonels 20

And remember, last year many thought we would have trouble with Grambling, but we won easily and going away 43 to 14. 8-)

1- NSU brings more fans than us.
2- Clueless and faithless Tulane students leave with 2:33 left in the first half.
3- Tulane 41, NSU 21.
