7 minutes before tipoff and there might be 100 souls here for the game. I’m sure there is a great reason for this start time but damn if I know what is.

Wave leads 28-14 at 7:52. Athletic mismatch here. Coach substituting liberally.

Glad to get the win (steal) but another disappointing performance against an inferior team.
Daniels steps up:

Happy to see him get healthy. He's going to be really good. Hope Embo heals up quickly.

Were we playing our NBA style D again? In other words, was Sikes hitting those shots with a hand in his face, or was he getting open looks?tpstulane wrote:Rodrick Sikes led South Alabama with 34 points on 10 field goals and six 3-pointers. He’s was hitting NBA 3’s left and right.

Mostly open. But you’d almost want him to shot those shots because they were so far away. He was just lighting it up.DfromCT wrote:Were we playing our NBA style D again? Frazier was manning up on Sikes and yet he could still do just about anything he wanted. I'll bet Frazier would say that was the toughest man to defend he's seen all year...including UNC.DfromCT wrote:Were we playing our NBA style D again?
