USF is trying to get to a BCS Bowl and they have a good shot at running the table to a major bowl game. I wish it wasn't on TV. They have more talent & more experience.I just hope we don't get plenty of injuries.

We get annihilated 55-7.

Pepper.... I just notices your tag line form the movie "Johnny B Good "...some of which was filmed here in scenic and historic Georgetown TX...as was the movie "Varsity Blues" with Jon Voight"

USF 48...Tulane 10...I had this in the L column before the start of the season, and would have kept it there even if Tulane had beaten FIU...most probably 24 -0 at the end of the first Qtr and Charlie starts playing everyone, to keep injuries limited....I will be watching TV Land and reruns of Monty Hall and "Let's Make a Deal"

Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !

I'm kind of in the same mindset as everyone else. USF has scored 30+ points for 23 games in a row. I don't see that stopping Saturday.

USF 44
Tulane 16

If we hold them under 30, I'll be shocked.

National TV and Tulane usually results in a bad result. This Saturday will be no different.

The hope and dream prediction:

Tulane plays its best game in ages as Banks spreads the ball around to all of our capable playmakers and he is accurate in the passing game . We throw enough to balance out our offense. Our D gets pressure and our DB's solve their issues and no one shakes free deep. We return a kick for a TD. The Angry Wave almost runs out of water to spray the student section as the Wave take down the Bulls 38-31.

The likely reality:

USF has been a slow starter all season. They certainly won't be up for this game especially after last weeks debacle. The game therefore starts close and hopes rise that the dream will come true. Then USF gets going and beats the Wave 45-21.

Hoping for the former. We are sooooooooooooooooooooooo DUE !

I agree with Win. Heart says we're due for an upset. Heart says be a Tulane homer. Heart says TU 36 - USF 28; but gut feeling says USF 56 - TU 23.

Deeply concerned about Fritz's lack of urgency to put together a legitimate passing attack.
