Tough loss. Tough place to win on the road. You have to overcome the officials as well.

I liked what I saw Saturday night. Oh, and yes, I know it was Grambling. But we did show things that I havent seen in a long, long time. Our time has arrived,

I'll wait until later in the week. Need to see what the word is on Navy this year. I know, same as every year. This new QB did rush for 200 yards and pass for 100, but he was only 3-10. If we can stay disciplined, we have the secondary that can man up their receivers and let everyone else play the run.

Wave wins 27-17. Our defense and running game will control the game.

The Wave "showed me" a little something last week but they are stepping up in competition and on the road. They going to have to "show me" again before I buy in.

Those are my thoughts as well. A win @Navy and suddenly the potential to finish in the top half of the AAC west is on the table.

Banks and receivers gonna need to get their timing down this week. Navy looked susceptible to deep balls from the FAU game. It's gonna come down to our efficiency in our passing game and being able to stop their runs.

I think it's close the whole game, maybe Tulane up 10 points at one point, then Navy wins by 7-10. Frustrating as hell. Hopefully wrong.

TU- 31

Navy- 17

Our tackling has been sound and there hasn't been one team that's been able to run all over us. Mr. Banks, Hilliard, and Encalade will have a big day, while our secondary led by Agent P close Navy out.

My heart says Tulane but my head says Navy. I'll go with my head and hope I'm wrong.

Tulane 16
Navy 24

I changed the score with my one edit on 9/7/17.

31-27 either way. I'll say Navy due to home field. Each team's offense will have a few big plays, turnovers are probably decisive in this one.

My guess is that this will be a very exciting game with the outcome decided by the last drive. I'm hoping Tulane is executing that time-consuming drive to make the ending score:

We have a good coach, a good quarterback for this scheme , and a good defense. But, I'm not convinced we are ready to take next step, especially against a tough, well coached Navy Team on the road.
