Tulane: 45
GSU: 20
GSU is pre-season ranked #21 in the FCS. A couple of years ago, we took on #21 Se La and didn't have any trouble beating them with a lesser coached team.

Half 14-14
Tulane works it out and gets passing game going second half
Tulane 41-20

Tulane 41-20
Your "built to score offense" scored 10 points against North Carolina Central in your biggest game of last season. That same team lost 49-6 to Duke and 70-20 to Western Michigan. Maybe we need to call the NCC coach and ask if the Arizona game worried him. There is no way in hell that Grambling is going to score 35 points against our secondary even if the Cardinals would allow Chad Williams to dress out on Saturday. (By the way, congrats to Grambling on getting him drafted in the 3rd round last year. No hating here. That was amazing for a FCS WR.)Stroke wrote:Gram 35

Our Offense is Built to Score.. Option is a 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense. Tulane will need its special Teams
Ball Sumrall!
Mr. Stroke: 1) Welcome to the discussion/it is good to see your comments here. I am a big Grambling fan when they are not playing the Wave and certainly respect the recent success both on the field and recruiting. 2) Your 35 Grambling/24 Tulane prediction is delusional. Grambling will be toast mid-way through the third quarter. 3) I hope you enjoy your visit to Yulman and encourage you to make many return visits. 4) I suspect the GSU band will win the battle of the half time.Stroke wrote:Gram 35

Ahhhhh... Both of those teams are clearly, clearly better then Tulane. Western Michigan lost 1 game to Wisconsin. And Duke is in the ACC not a good comparison. Also if you look at the Film, Our Kicker and Punter was Out,and we also help them to less points then Western Michigan and 4 points more then Duke gave up to them.Eaglewave wrote:Your "built to score offense" scored 10 points against North Carolina Central in your biggest game of last season. Understand that you guys dont have the QB to put a lot of points on the board, Georgia Tech Triple Option. It will come down to our defense, and Special Teams being discipline.
Delusional or Not, You dont want me to say you guys will whip us, right? I Love Yulman, cant wait to try the Angry wave Beer. Not worried about the band, we are Football fansccap05 wrote:Mr. Stroke: 1) Welcome to the discussion/it is good to see your comments here. I initially said that I was worried about this game. After doing some additional reading and thinking, I believe TU busts out with its offense. Quarterback position comes through and Banks passes for several TD's. I also think the breaks several long runs on the option and possibly a long one for a TD. D plays a very solid game. Nickerson has a TD on Int return..So...
